Appendix 2 is the monitoring program documentation covering the OCSRI monitoring background and working documents, development of benchmark values for analysis, assessment, and evaluation of progress toward objectives and federal measures that support or coordinate with OCSRI monitoring. Appendix 3 covers the population dynamics model, and includes the introduction, methods, habitat quality component, forward simulation component, depiction of habitat quality, forward simulations and results and discussion. Appendix 4 includes core mapping documentation like maps, list of core areas and documentation for each core area.
