Abstract: We have prepared comments in response to the National Marine Fisheries Service's request for information on a proposed rule to list Oregon's Umpqua River coastal cutthroat trout as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Our comments contain new biological and environmental information from the range of the Umpqua cutthroat trout. Our intent is to help the agency determine whether to list the Umpqua cutthroat trout as endangered.
