Description
- Abstract: The ocean salmon seasons were developed and adopted by the Pacific Fishery Management Council in April. The regulations for ocean areas from 3 to 200 miles from shore were then approved by the Secretary of Commerce. The regulations for ocean areas inside 3 miles were approved by the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission. The regulations contained in this book apply to all fish taken in state waters or landed in Oregon. These may be amended by in-season management changes.
