Description

Abstract: During this period commercial landings of Dover sole were sampled to obtain age and size composition and sex ratios; a sampling program was continued on Dover sole to obtain age and growth data from scales and otoliths; interviews were continued with trawl fishermen to obtain areas of catch and catch per unit of effort data to be included in the IBM records; a number of meetings were attended in regard to trawl shrimp regulations; and several trips were made at sea in order to observe shrimp fishing gear and catches.
