Description

Abstract: Razor clams from Clatsop Beach (Tillamook Head to Columbia River) were sampled regularly from March through September and periodically the rest of the year. Sport and commercial diggers were interviewed to obtain data on number, age composition of clams dug and harvest area. Data from beaches south of Tillamook Head were collected as time permitted. Random wastage and age-length samples were taken and other miscellaneous projects were reported.
