Abstract: This report describes the current status of Oregon's fishery for weathervane scallops Patinopecten caurinus and discusses options for changing the structure of this fishery. Although a variety of historical data is included, this report focuses on recent conditions. For a more complete history of this fishery see Starr and McCrae (1983).
