Description
- Abstract: This interim report provides additional analyses that complement the 2013 report by extending beyond descriptive results to provide a more nuanced understanding of the data to:
• Assess predictors of support for the marine reserves in Oregon.
• Understand agency support as marine reserve stewards and who supports and trusts this agency in this context.
• Assess possible differences in support and opposition toward these marine reserves among communities closest to the reserves.
• Assess the influence of information sources on intentions to support these reserves and both self-assessed and factual knowledge about these reserves.
• Assess the relationship between influence and trust among various agencies and groups, and how this differs between communities closest to the reserves and along the rest of the coast.
