Description

Abstract: Since the late 1940’s, Tenmile Lakes has seen a sharp increase in sediment accumulation at the mouths of the tributaries that feed the lake. To monitor this sediment accumulation, Tenmile Lakes Basin Partnership(TLBP) has gone out to selected sites when lake levels are at their lowest, and surveyed the delta along transects on the delta. The delta will be measured for length, and width at the transect points. This document is a summary of the past five years surveying these sites. Sites are Benson Cr., Johnson Cr., Big Creek Arm, and Murphy Cr.
