Abstract: The design report summarizes the investigations that have been completed to-date for a restoration project on Hole 3 of Salmon Run Golf Course, including the development of a preliminary project design.

Purpose: To summarize the work that is complete; to present a preliminary project design that can be used to solicit feedback from regulatory agencies and the landowner, and to pursue funding; and to present a "pre-implementation" scope of work that outlines the remaining tasks that need to be done in order to implement the project.
