Abstract: This document is about instream water rights and summer stream conditions, specifically in the Lower Nehalem River Basin. Document sections are instream water rights, priority areas for streamflow restoration, restoration strategies, and current restoration plans.

Purpose: The Lower Nehalem Watershed Council desires to look at several issues in more detail than it was possible in the PSU assessment, including water rights and summer stream conditions.
