Abstract: This report contains: the purpose and development of the watershed assessment, watershed description, land use, ownership, and population, past conditions from pre-settlement to current, history of the Lower Cow Creek Watershed, and historical references. Current conditions include: Stream function, riparian zones and wetlands, water quality/quantity, fish populations, current trends and potential future conditions overview, stakeholder/landowner perspectives, and landowner interviews. The action plan includes: Property ownership and restoration potential, Lower Cow Creek Watershed key findings and action recommendations, and specific UBWC enhancement opportunities.
