Abstract: This exhaustive report analyzes the Kilchis River watershed, one of five river systems that enter Tillamook Bay, and includes these sections: watershed characteristics, land use, hydrology, stream morphology, riparian habitat, erosion, water quality, wetlands, estuary, and fish and wildlife populations. Synthesis and recommendations are offered.

Purpose: This detailed analysis is intended to serve as a regional model for watersheds with similar geology, climate, soils, topography, natural resources, human uses, and environmental problems.
