Abstract: The Klamath Indian Tribe, and the Klamath Game Commission, an agency of the Klamath Indian Tribe; and the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission, The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the Oregon State Police, parties in the above-captioned litigation and the United States of America wish to resolve the remaining issues in this case through the following agreement.
