Abstract: On July 26, 1996 the Fish and Wildlife Commission reviewed the Lower Deschutes River fish management plan. Department staff were directed to develop Oregon Administrative Rules which reflect policies and the objectives . contained in the plans and preferred alternatives selected on July 26 by the Commission (See also Executive Summary).
