Description
- Abstract: The Assessment is divided into two Phases. Phase 1 is a Hydrologic Assessment of the community of William to determine how human development in the Williams areas has altered the natural drainage pattern and contributed to frequent flooding in downtown Williams. Assessing sediment sources, loss of wet areas, water storage capacity, and the condition of streams identified potential restoration opportunities. Phase 2 will use information from Phase 1 to build a flood management and restoration plan.
