- Abstract: Forest Practice Act (FPA) flow permanence survey points geodatabase template that landowners and agency staff can use to provide all the survey information needed for agency review. Attribute fields are consistent with those referenced in the survey protocol version 2. The field-based protocol is used to document flow permanence status of small type N streams. There is an additional tabular work aid available for landowners without GIS capabilities.
