Abstract: This document attempts to coordinate the various water quality monitoring projects going on in the Upper and Middle Deschutes watersheds. Monitoring goals are summarized, the study area described, and current monitoring programs listed. Coordination is proposed in terms of each parameter of water quality monitoring, i.e., aquatic habitat, nutrients, dissolved oxygen, pH, streamflow, temperature, etc.
