Description
- Abstract: This guide will help the reader interpret the graphical and tabular results of the stream survey data analysis. The guide is written for an ever-widening audience of private citizens, land managers, watershed councils, students, and other parties interested in obtaining information about Oregon streams surveyed with methods developed by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. The methodology used in these surveys is a modified version of similar methods developed by Bisson, et al. (1982), and Hankin and Reeves (1988). These survey methods are most useful for small to medium-sized streams, usually those small enough to walk in using hip waders.
