Abstract: The Tillamook region BLM and Washington County Soil and Water Conservation District teamed up to produce this analysis of the Dairy Creek, McKay Creek subbasins of the Tualatin River. Chapter 1 includes physical, biological, and social characterization of the area; Chapter 2 addresses core topics and key questions about aquatic, terrestrial, and social issues; Chapter 3 describes current conditions in the aquatic, terrestrial, and social landscapes; Chapter 4 deliniates reference conditions; Chapter 5 provides a synthesis on aquatic, terrestrial, and social topics; Chapter 6 offers recommendations for management in those three spheres, addressing management on BLM lands separately. Copious tables, figures, maps throughout. Bibliography and appendices. 179 pp.

Purpose: The purpose of this watershed analysis is to provide reference information that is used in project planning. This is the first iteration of the analysis, which will be updated in the future as additional information is obtained.
