- Abstract: The Tillamook region BLM and Washington County Soil and Water Conservation District teamed up to produce this analysis of the Dairy Creek, McKay Creek subbasins of the Tualatin River. Chapter 1 includes physical, biological, and social characterization of the area; Chapter 2 addresses core topics and key questions about aquatic, terrestrial, and social issues; Chapter 3 describes current conditions in the aquatic, terrestrial, and social landscapes; Chapter 4 deliniates reference conditions; Chapter 5 provides a synthesis on aquatic, terrestrial, and social topics; Chapter 6 offers recommendations for management in those three spheres, addressing management on BLM lands separately. Copious tables, figures, maps throughout. Bibliography and appendices. 179 pp.
