Description
- Abstract: The purpose of this watershed assessment is to inventory and characterize watershed cond itions of the lower Molalla River & Milk Creek (LMR&MC) watershed and to provide recommendations to address the issues of water quality, fisheries and fish habitat, and watershed hydrology. The assessment is intended to identify alterations to fish habitat, water qua Iity, and hydrology, and to understand how human activities have affected watershed conditions and functions. With these objectives in mind, this assessment was performed by gathering, synthesizing, analyzing, and interpreting existing data, and supplementing existing data sets with new data collected during the assessment. This assessment was performed following the guidelines of the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) watershed assessment manual (WPN 1999).
