Data Clearinghouse New Account Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in supplying data, reports, or other information to the ODFW Data Clearinghouse. To do so an account will need to be created for you. An account is not necessary if you only plan to search the site and download information.
Please click the email of the Data Clearinghouse Coordinator (Jacob.L.Chambers@odfw.oregon.gov) to create a pre-addressed email. Copy the account information table and data summary below into the body of the email. Fill-out the required (*) information applicable to your submission and send.
Entities working with OWEB or another Oregon agency, please also include the name and phone number (**) of the person who has oversight responsibility for the grant/contract/effort that your Data Clearinghouse submission is affiliated with.
