Current conditions include: Stream function, riparian zones and wetlands, water quality/quantity, fish populations, current trends and potential future conditions overview, and stakeholder perspectives. The action plan includes: Property ownership and restoration potential, Tiller Region key findings and action recommendations, and specific UBWC enhancement opportunities.
