**A very rare or rare classification does not indicate abundance of species.  These Cetaceans may simply be harder to see because of behavior characteristics.  Some are known to have complex migration patterns, others like deep water and avoid coastal areas, and still many more have unpredictable fluctuations in movements that don't allow us to predict when they will be viewable.
