DATA CLEARINGHOUSE

The Data Clearinghouse stores publications, GIS files, geodatabases, data, and maps from ODFW natural resource projects and those funded by the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board, from Oregon Watershed Councils, and Oregon Plan partners.

The goal of the Data Clearinghouse is to make Oregon’s natural resource information accessible and to provide a centralized distribution service for Oregon's natural resource data. The increased availability of data provided by the Data Clearinghouse supports recovery planning, Oregon Plan Assessment processes, and other resource management efforts.

ODFW's Natural Resource Information Management Program (NRIMP) created the Data Clearinghouse in coordination with the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board and Oregon Explorer at Oregon State University (OSU), a partnership between the Institute for Natural Resources (INR) and OSU Libraries.

Columbia Basin Fish & Wildlife Library (formerly StreamNet Library)

The Columbia Basin Fish & Wildlife Library is a StreamNet partner and serves the scientific community of the Pacific Northwest and those working in cooperation with the region's fish and wildlife recovery efforts, who are not otherwise served by a specialized library. We also serve the General Public for those interested in issues with Columbia Basin and salmon recovery efforts.

The Library provides access to technical information and research on Columbia River basin fish, wildlife, habitat and other relevant subjects in the Pacific Northwest. The Library contains approximately 20,000 items with emphasis on "gray" literature, such as consultant, state government, and non-profit publications. Visit the Library and search the catalog by selecting keyword, author, title or ISBN. If you need further assistance, contact the Library.
