Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The National Stream Internet (NSI) stream network (https://research.fs.usda.gov/rmrs/projects/national-stream-internet) is a version of legacy 1:100k United States Geological Survey (USGS) National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) streams conditioned to be used with Spatial Stream Network (SSN) models (https://research.fs.usda.gov/rmrs/projects/spatial-stream-network). This spatial layer consists of legacy 1:24k or better NHD High Resolution (https://www.usgs.gov/national-hydrography/national-hydrography-dataset) stream geometry attributed with the NSI stream network unique ID (COMID) for the state of Oregon. NHD High Resolution stream layers can be downloaded here http://prd-tnm.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/?prefix=StagedProducts/Hydrography/NHD/HU8/GDB/. The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) uses NHD High Resolution streams and the Hydro Event Management (HEM) tools to manage stream referenced spatial data including Fish Habitat Distribution (FHD), and adult and juvenile salmonid surveys, survey frames, and instream habitat. This stream layer is intended to be used to conflate stream referenced data between NHD High Resolution and NSI stream networks.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
