description: The stream flow restoration needs for the summer season (July-Sept) were developed by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Water Resources Department, in fulfillment of Oregon Plan Measure IV.A.8, Identify Instream Flow Priorities. Stream flow restoration priorities have been identified for four seasons: Summer (July - September), Fall (October - November), Winter (December - March) and Spring (April - June). This layer provides the Summer needs only. This layer shows Water Availability Basins, with rankings for stream flow restoration need. A summary of the prioritization process, criteria used in establishment of the priorities, PDF maps of all available data layers, and more information is available from the ODFW data clearing house (https://nrimp.dfw.state.or.us/nrimp/default.aspx?pn=streamflowmaps).
