The Download tool provides summarized data at the Population, MPG/Strata, and/or DPS/ESU spatial scale, used to directly evaluate measurable viability criteria developed for recovery plans around the state, plus some supplemental datasets. The download option provides a zip file of the population(s) and data type(s) selected, a data dictionary and in some cases, supplemental metadata.

Multiple data types can be selected at the same time. Data for some populations or metrics are only available in more recent years and some analysis are only conducted according to timelines outlined in recovery plans (i.e., diversity is evaluated every 12 years).
